Composition

Each film coated tablet contains : Ranitidine 150 mg

Ulceranin Injection contains : Ranitidine 50 mg/ 2 ml

Indication

Treatment of pathological hypersecretory conditions (e.g, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome and systemic mastocytosis),  gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, reflux of esophagitis.

Recommended Dosage

Tablet (Adult)

Duodenal ulcer : 150 mg twice daily for 4 weeks. Gastric ulcer : 150 mg twice daily for 2 weeks. Reflux of esophagitis : 150 mg twice daily.

Pathological hypersecretory conditions : 150 mg twice daily, may be increased to 900 mg.

Patients with impaired renal function (Creatinine Clearance < 50 mL/min) : 150 mg daily, may be increased to 300 mg.

Ampoule (Adult)

Intermittent infusion : 50 mg diluted to 100 ml. Intermittent bolus : 50 mg diluted to 20 ml every 6 - 8 hours.

IM : 50 mg (without dilution) every 6 - 8 hours
