Composition

Each film coated caplet contains : Tramadol HCL 37,5 mg, Paracetamol 325 mg

Indication

Short therapy for acute pain

Recommended Dosage

Adult ( ≥ 16 years ) : Tramifen is used to treat moderate to severe pain over short periods of time. Two caplet every six hours, as needed to relieve pain. Patients should not take more than eight caplets in a single day and not recommended for long term use.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to components, acute intoxication with alcohol, hypnotics, centrally-acting analgesics, opioid or psychotropic drugs, concomitant therapy with MAOIs.
