Composition

Toramine Injection contains : Ketorolac Tromethamine 10 mg/ml.

Toramine Injection contains : Ketorolac Tromethamine 30 mg/ml.

Indication

Short-term management of moderate to severe pain following surgical procedures.

Recommended Dosage

Initially 10 mg IM/IV, then 10 - 30 mg 4 - 6 hourly when required. Max : 90 mg/day. Elderly, patients with renal impairment & patients < 50 kg max 60 mg/day. Maximum duration of treatment : 2 days.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to aspirin or other NSAIDs, peptic ulcer, ulcerative colitis, severe renal dysfunction, hypovolaemia, operations with high risk of haemorrhage or incomplete haemostasis, asthma, nasal polyps, confirmed or suspected cerebovascular bleeding, haemorrhagic diathesis. Pregnancy (including labour & delivery).
