Composition

Each film coated tablet contains : Clopidogrel 75 mg

Indication

Reduction of atherothrombotic events in recent Myocardial Infarction (MI), ischaemic stroke, or established peripheral arterial disease. Acute coronary syndrome without elevation ST segment (unstable angina or non Q wave MI), acute MI with elevation ST segment (STEMI).

Recommended Dosage

Adult and elderly : 75 mg once daily as a single dose.

Unstable angina or non Q wave MI : Initially 300 mg, then followed by 75 mg once daily (with Acetylsalicylic Acid 75-325 mg/day).

STEMI : 75 mg/day with or without initial dose, in combination with Acetylsalicylic Acid with or without thrombolytic agents.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to Clopidogrel. Active pathological bleeding for example peptic ulcer or intracranial hemorrhage. Severe liver impairment. Pregnancy and lactation.
