Overview
Considering the vast market potential, Otto is setting up a new formulation facility for manufacturing Tablets, Capsules, Syrup, Dry Syrup, Cream, Oral Sachet and Injectables products at the same location in Lembang - Bandung, where they currently have three manufacturing units for Non Betalactum, Penicillin & Cephalosporin already running.
To meet the requirements of international standards (PIC/S) and to cater to their overseas and domestic markets, the company designed the facilities and operations conforming to current Good Manufacturing Practices and the latest international standards in pharmaceutical production. This envisages provisions would take into account the current and future plans & strategies of the company to find an optimal solution without sacrificing the quality.
For this purpose, JJ-Pharmaplan has appointed to carry out Conceptual Design study incorporating the latest cGMP standards and best practises for the new formulation facilities.
The new formulation plant will have two seperated buildings of manufacturing facility for :
- Non Betalactam Group for Non-sterile Oral Therapeutical Drugs & Injectables Solution.
- Cephalosporin Group for Non-sterile Oral Therapeutical Drugs & Injectables Powder.
